Children are raised in all sorts of families and all sorts of families send their children to you for care. But you also were raised in a family of one sort or another and your understanding of what a family is and does may be at odds with the families you work with. 

In this session, we’ll discuss various family systems and dynamics, intergenerational influences on families, and the impact of social and situation factors on families and their children.
