Early childhood education is a profession steeped in tradition but some of our traditional practices don’t fit in the diverse modern world. Without meaning to, our choices and interactions may signal bias or may support ideas we don’t really believe in. In this session, we’ll consider media and other elements that reflect our principles and ways to communicate support for all children and families.
